Secure Network Security

Security is a very difficult subject. Everyone has a different perception of what and levels of risk are acceptable. The key to building a secure network is to define what it means to your organization's security. When set, everything that goes on the network can be assessed under this policy. Projects and systems can then be decomposed into their constituents, and it is much easier to determine if what is proposed will conflict with your security policy and practices. It is important to get their feedback to understand what can be improved, and it is important to let them know why what has been done has been done, the nature of risks that are considered unacceptable and what is done to reduce its exposure to them.Security is everyone business and only with the cooperation of all, an intelligent policy and practice, it would be possible to achieve.
