Abstract : seminar The development of CAN devices began when more and more electronic, was conducted in modern cars. Examples of such devices include systems for engine management, active suspension, ABS, speed control, lighting control, air conditioning, airbags, central locking and. All this means more security and comfort for the driver and of course reducing fuel consumption and exhaust emissions.To improve the behavior of the vehicle even more, was needed for the different control systems that exchange information . This was usually done by the interconnection of different discrete systems. The obligation to exchange information is then passed to a point where a network cable length up to several moles and many plug was necessary.
